Vienna, 4-6 December 2013: INTERGRAF, the European Federation for Print and Digital Communication, held the 26th international conference of manufacturers and suppliers of high-security printing in Vienna.
At the beginning of December, Vienna hosted experts on high-security printing and e-solutions for identity protection, who presented their latest results in this field.
CETIS also participated at the conference, which featured 107 global exhibitors from the field of security printing and information solutions. In different modules, forty lecturers spoke about innovations in protection, the forging and altering of personal identity documents and money, and the protection of electronic identities. The international conference was attended by more than 900 participants from 70 countries. The conference was also attended by representatives of central banks, governmental delegations, ministries, forensic institutes and manufacturers of security printing.
CETIS was interested in the content of the conference, since novelties in high-security printing were introduced, and also to make contacts with potential business partners and suppliers of materials for printing security printed matter.
Mihela Colnarič, Sales Manager of High Security Printed Matter in CETIS, assessed the event as an excellent opportunity to meet existing business partners in one place, to promote one’s own innovations and to create new business opportunities. The conference is also invaluable for acquiring information about global trends and novelties in the industry, and above all it is an excellent opportunity to forge new business connections that will result in important contracts in the future, according to Colnarič.
